But as far as weight reduction goes, anyone with a full interior, both seats (especially leather), a spare tire, AC, HICAS, a stereo, carpet etc, etc. shouldn't be talking about weight reduction. It's one of things that if you are going to do it, do it. Saving 27.2 ounces by replacing the foglights with ducts when you have a passenger seat in your car is just senseless, IMO. Don't get me wrong, I know our cars are heavy and that decreasing the weight helps performance. But a pound here and there IS insignificant. And sure, little things add up, but even 150 pounds is only 4% of the total weight of the car.
